1. Where can I collect keys to the apartment?
    We deliver keys at the day of arrival in previously booked apartment at a predetermined time.

2. What is the check-in and check-out time?
    Check-in starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM) and ends at 12:00 (noon) next day.

3. How can I make a payment?
    At the day of arrival by cash/card (LAST MINUTE) or by a bank transfer to our bank account

4. How can I return keys at the day of my check-out?
    In an apartment at predetermined time.

5. Is smoking permitted?
    No, smoking in our apartments is prohibited.

6. Can I come with my pet?
    Yes, however you will be charded with additional fee of 15 €.

7. Can I organize an event/party in an apartment?
    Organization of events/parties is prohibited. Organization of such events is subject to a 180 € fine.

8. Are there any other restrictions which I should be aware of?
    We do not accept guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
