Regulations

1. BOOKING:
   1. Booking the apartments by the Client will be considered as accepting of COMFORT APARTMENTS' Regulations.
   2. Apartments are rented for nights - the minimum rental period is one night.
   3. Booking can be made by phone or e-mail: office@comfortapartments.pl
   4. Changing the booking by the Client is posible no later than 48 hours before previously agreed commencing date. If Client will not inform about the cancellation in accordance with above policy - COMFORT APARTMENTS will charge him for the full, pre-booked stay.
2. PAYMENT:
   1. By cash or ATM/credit card when collecting keys from COMFORT APARTMENTS representative.
   2. Bank transfer to COMFORT APARTMENTS bank account no later than 48 hour before previously agreed commencing date.
   3. In terms of long-term booking or booking more than one apartment, a prepayment of 50% of the total booking amount will be requested.
   4. If Client needs an invoice, it has to be requested when booking.

3. TERMS OF USE:
   1. Collecting keys in booked apartment is possible at the time previously agreed with COMFORT APARTMENTS representative.
      
   2. Accomodation is possible after making a payment and fulfilling of the Booking Card.
   3. Check-in starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM) and ends at 12:00 (noon) next day.
   4. Client agrees to respect for curfew hours from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 6:00 (6:00 AM). Client also agrees not to organize loud and disruptive meetings or events in the apartment
   5. Organization of such events is subject to a 180 € fine.
   6. The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is the one which has been declared during the booking. More guests than initially declared should be reported to COMFORT APARTMENTS. For each additional person there is an additional cost specified in the Prices section.
   7. Any pets need to be reported to COMFORT APARTMENTS when booking.
      
   8. Fine for loss or damage to keys is 25 €.
4. LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES:
   1. Client will bear full financial responsibility for any damage he would cause in the building where the apartment is located, in the apartment and to the equipment within the apartment.
      
5. PERSONAL DATA:
   1. Client’s personal data listed in the reservation form and in the Booking Card will only be used to produce the reservation and further relations between COMFORT APARTMENTS and the Client, fully accordingly to the Polish Statutory Data Protection law of 29 July 1997 (Journal of Laws, 2002, No 101, Item 926).
   2. When booking Client is informed of his rights under the law and is asked to consent to processing of personal data.
